The Abortion debate - does the Bible hold views we are ignoring
Trying to pin down the definitions of murder - because the Bible says “Thou shalt do no murder” Matthew 19:18 and in regard to abortion - this removes the latitude of postulations of when do the developing cells become a person - because when does Scripture say Adam became a living soul - after 9 months of gestation as a developing lump of clay - or as soon as Christ breathed the breath of life into him once He had formed Adam ?
Adam & Eve were divinely created and given life by the process Divinity chose, creating their physical forms, and implanting life in them and implanting a divinely chosen mind in each of them. Then Divinity established marriage, married Adam & Eve, then established a new system of reproduction within the laws of biology established then and there, through the command that carried the powers and abilities with it to create and shape male and female laws of reproduction from them onward. This is the KJV of what this Divine Creator said : Genesis 1: 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
An unborn human is divinely given life, a beginning, continuance of life while forming. At each stage a fully complete person for that stage of unborn development according to the overall multi stage process Divinity has created that is called pregnancy.
If the pregnancy is healthy and uninterrupted in the gestation process the unborn human remains healthy up to actual birth.
The unborn human's stage of development did not constitute personhood it's conception as a human did constitute personhood. Because, life spark, mind, body cells all came together creating an independent entity.
The Biblical view of the living soul is body + breath of life or spark of life, and to optimize the soul’s functions and fulfilling the reasons for being given life by Divinity, a mind is given, and protected by divine caretaking in utero, and human obedience to Scripture's divine directions to the parents as they raise the child. The process of pregnancy by it’s nature is that the unborn human is complete at every stage of development in utero, according to the process created in Genesis 1:27-28.
Life is both a sacred divine gift and remains the property of divinity from conception to birth, youth, middle & old age and finally sleeping in Divine protection and preservation at the end of the life span authorized by Divinity.
With Adam and Eve personally, Deity first formed their bodies as grown adults, then gave them life, but with their children Deity first gives life then step by step forms their bodies, the cells have become a person once conception occurs for a new independent life is created, Deity has added the spark of life, then the forming step by step continues in utero and after birth and onward ceaselessly till the life span ceases in old age. Ever changing but always a person at each Divinely ordained stage.

The problem with this debate among us is that if we are the people spoken of by Revelation chapter 10, then we are not a human institution, we are a divinely instituted prophetic movement being re-educated to live as a theocracy once again, in a world where humanity and not God defines and enforces civil law . In a true theocracy the ruling god or gods define and enforce all laws - both civil laws and all laws established by those gods.
When Jesus returns all the redeemed will immediately move from a blended legal system into a total and absolute true theocracy, and without proper education beforehand they will not fit in at all.
Thus they will be excluded from accompanying Jesus and all Heaven’s populace when they depart Earth with the redeemed from Earth for the return trip to Heaven.
All killing of humans by other humans is called homicide, then it is separated into justifiable or legal homicide, and criminal homicide - in other words illegal homicide.
Right and wrong are established and defined by the Divine Creator, whom the Bible calls - God. Scripture shows there are many individuals calling themselves gods, who are not Divine Co-Creators. These gods ascribe to themselves power to define and enforce right and wrong. Jeremiah 10:10-12 writes about them and the actions the Creator takes toward them when the day of His vengeance against them arrives.
All these gods are either the fallen angels masquerading as gods at the best, they are pretending to be God with very serious and lethal intentions and actions. Or at worst these gods are non existent non entities given life in the perceptions of people by telling the lies often enough, skillfully enough, creating various media to artificially portray these non existent gods till minds subconsciously believe they exist enough to desire to emulate them.
The artificial gods and fallen angel gods are allowed to have so much sway that humans loose the concept that there is even a Living and True God - the Father Who is over all, or that Co-Creator's exist and that the Co-Creator's already defined what is right and justifiable and legal and good and worthy to follow and emulate.
Then humans under these false ideas go about setting up their ideas or right and wrong, and turn them into civil law and religious law and by superior force impose these laws, because most of human society in general is not built upon reason, faith, love, obedience, surrender to the Bible and SOP.
These is a portion of humanity that is living under civil law and being divinely educated and in cooperation educating it’s self to fit into the Divine Theocracy of The Living God - under rulership of
The Redeemer/Co-Creator/High Priest-King of Kings,
The Most High God Co-Creator,
and The Comforter Co-Creator when They return.
This portion of humanity exists under the tension created by the opposing pulls of human civil & religious laws, the pulls of the fallen and artificial gods, and the call of The True and Living God.
They must exist on Earth and be educated for Heaven under more and more opposition from artificial gods and opposing human systems, till the True and Living God returns .
They must live by a double standard. Being in the world and yet not OF the world. Living by what the True God allows and authorizes human laws to say, do, be, mandate, and enforce; and living by the laws and teachings and merits and righteousness of the True God who they profess and demonstrate to be their actual life and in Him they live and move and have their being - or NOT.
This subset of this prophetic movement is of necessity divided into two ever widening camps - those who serve the Living God and those who serve the artificial gods.
All killing of humans is called homicide according to human definitions. There are two forms of homicide, legal or in other words justifiable homicide, and illegal or criminal homicide, homicide that is a crime or violation of law.
Killing is the removal of life from a living thing or person, sometimes allowing them to die, when it was within the ability to keep them alive, and possibly healthy.
Harvesting food crops removes life from those crops, while they are living things, they are not seen as persons, in the case of plant life it is not seen as killing, that is it is not seen as homicide or murder.
In the case of animal life, the question of the combination of being alive plus sentience and self awareness comes into the discussion. It is seen as killing, but is it seen as homicide or murder ? Is animal life the same as human life ?
Then things move to human beings, this is where underlying definitions show their importance and contribution.
Then the question of evolution or Divine creation comes into the mix, ( A ) is human life a manifestation of evolution’s non authority, just random chance, and non sentient biology, creating a more clever animal, or ( B. ) is humanity the property of The Living God and human life is His sacred possession, and gift, to give or remove, as He alone defines and sees fit ?
If ( A. ) most of what mattered, no longer matters, with the last breath there is no continuance, now is all there is.
If ( B. ) then at October 22 th 1844 AD all earthly legalities changed hands as far as authority structures are concerned, and must meet such authority soon. Revelation 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
The Seventh angel began to sound in 1843 and October 22th 1844 AD when Jesus Christ entered into Heaven’s Throne Room in the Most Holy Place and legally took possession of His re-purchased kingdom ( Earth and all it's population ), by virtue of the price paid and certified by Calvary/Resurrection , that had been stolen from Himself through Adam's sin in Eden which was orchestrated by artificial gods.
Thus all laws and practices of Earth and on Earth are now subject to His review and adjudication, to be dealt with at His Personal return.
The abortion debate is now polarized into who’s law governs it, are those laws of Heaven only, Earth and Heaven , or civil laws of Earth only.
Such a question is beyond the scope of civil law, but it must be the attended focus of the people foretold of by Revelation chapter 10, because either they follow artificial gods, or The Living God is educating them to fit into His kingdom and society.
They must follow civil laws and the higher laws of the Living God, until and unless the higher laws preclude human civil laws or human laws violate divine laws.
Whose laws does abortion follow and whose laws does abortion violate ?
The people of Revelation chapter 10, subdivide themselves into ONLY followers of the Living God, or rebels against the Living God, followers of the artificial gods, by whose laws they follow, if civil laws, and/or the laws of the artificial gods, and The Living God’s divine law disagree. If civil law and Divine law allow mutual simultaneous obedience all reason for tension is removed.
